Celine Talent Solutions provides recruitment consulting, career coaching, and AI-enhanced headshot services for informational and professional development purposes only. While we aim to support your career or hiring goals, we do not guarantee job placement, hiring outcomes, or specific business results. All services are provided "as is," and clients are responsible for their own hiring and career decisions.

By accessing or purchasing services through Celine Talent Solutions, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services & Delivery

We offer recruitment consulting, career coaching, and digital services such as AI-enhanced headshots. Digital products will be delivered via email within the specified timeframe. Consulting services require a confirmed booking.

2. Payments

All payments must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase. Prices are listed in EUR or USD and may be subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

For coaching or consulting sessions, you may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed or late cancellations may be non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Digital products and AI-enhanced services are non-refundable once processing begins. Coaching and consulting sessions are refundable only in special cases and at Celine Talent Solutions' discretion.

5. Use of Content

All materials, images, and content provided are for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or resold.

6. Privacy

We are GDPR-compliant and committed to protecting your data. Uploaded headshot photos are deleted within 7 days of delivery and never shared with third parties.

7. Liability

Celine Talent Solutions is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services. All results vary depending on individual circumstances.

8. Legal

These terms are governed by Dutch law. By using this site and our services, you agree to resolve any disputes under the jurisdiction of the Netherlands.
