Due to the nature of our services—including digital headshot delivery and personalized consulting—refunds are limited. Once digital processing or a live session has started, purchases are considered final. By purchasing a service from Celine Talent Solutions, you acknowledge and accept that partial or full refunds may only be issued under exceptional circumstances and at our sole discretion.
Refund Policy - the basics
Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

We’re committed to delivering high-quality services, but due to the digital and personalized nature of our work, here’s what you need to know:

Refunds are not available once your photo(s) have been processed.

If you're unhappy with the result, one minor revision is included.

Still not satisfied after revision? We offer a 50% partial refund, as generation involves manual review and computational cost.
Coaching & Consulting Sessions

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

No-shows or late cancellations may not be refunded.

If you’re unsatisfied with the session, contact us—we may offer a follow-up session or partial refund at our discretion.
Career Bundles & Packages

Bundled services are non-refundable once partially used.
